Applications Open for Rabobank’s 2025 Business Management Programmes
Rabobank’s Business Management Programmes – the Farm Managers Programme (FMP) and the Executive Development Programme (EDP) – are now accepting applications for the 2025 intake!
Designed for primary producers in New Zealand and Australia, these programmes provide valuable leadership and business skills to help farmers and agribusiness leaders take their operations to the next level.
Farm Managers Programme (FMP) – Ideal for up-and-coming farmers looking to strengthen their decision-making, financial management, and leadership skills. Held in Victoria’s Yarra Valley from June 15 to 20, 2025, this immersive programme includes expert-led sessions on sustainable farm business planning, conflict management, and more.
Executive Development Programme (EDP) – Tailored for experienced business owners and senior managers, the EDP focuses on strategic planning and commercial management to drive long-term business growth. The programme consists of two one-week residential modules, with the first held at Macquarie University, Sydney, from August 24 to 29, 2025, and the second in July 2026.
Rabobank’s General Manager for Country Banking, Bruce Weir, highlights the networking opportunities and long-term benefits of these programmes, with many participants continuing to collaborate well beyond completion.
